Let's drink to that

One year ago today, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Time goes by so fast. It's hard to imagine that just a few months ago I was in agonizing pain from chemotherapy. My energy levels are still low, but they're higher than during treatment and they're increasing every day. It's a privilege to celebrate my one year survivorship on a tropical island in Thailand, I feel so blessed. I just hope the cancer won't recur and I get to live a long and healthy life. Those are my wishes for 2012 and the years thereafter. Merry Christmas everyone!

    I also wish for you that you will live a long and healthy life, that the cancer won't come back and that your engery levels will soon be normal again.

    Ik ben zo blij dat je er nog bent, je jezelf er doorheen hebt geslagen en ik hoop hard met je mee dat het niet meer terug komt en je gezondheid gewoon de goede kant op blijft gaan. <3 Geniet van je wel verdiende vakantie meid.
