The highly impressive gold plated reclining Buddha is 46 meters long and 15 meters high and is designed to illustrate the passing of the Buddha into nirvana. It left me in complete awe.

ReplyDeleteDankjewel! :) We hebben zoveel foto's genomen dat het moeilijk is een goede selectie te maken. Er zullen nog best een aantal updates over onze vakantie volgen. Thailand is gewoon te fotogeniek. Het zou zonde zijn om jullie slechts een kleine fractie te laten zien van onze reis door dit waanzinnige land.
